By submitting personal information or business-related data through our website or affiliated services, you acknowledge and agree that such information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in jurisdictions outside your own—including the United States of America (specifically in West Virginia, Kentucky, and Florida) and Colombia, where The Vigilant Company and its strategic partners maintain operations and secure data infrastructure.

This applies if you are located in the European Union, APEC member economies, Australia, Canada, Africa, or any other jurisdiction with data localization or transfer restrictions. Your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and any proprietary information related to your company or entity may be accessed and used across borders solely for the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
